Water Cooled Strip Heater 1250mm / 2450mm / 3030mm
The water cooled strip heater is a useful tool for softening and bending acrylic, organic glass, Plexiglass, PC, ABS, PP, PVC, PS and similar sheet into shapes.
It is widely used in the plastic fabrication industry, school technical courses, building models, decoration, engineering, sign making, display cases, market shelves, advertising light boxes, artware making and more. The uses are only limited by your imagination.
Key features
- Perfect for heating and bending up to 4mm acrylic when heated from one side, and up to 6mm thickness if the sheet is flipped halfway through heating.
- Available in three working lengths: 1250mm (PQW-1200), 2450mm (PQW-2400) and 3030mm (PQW-3000).
- Water cooling can be provided by the supplied pump or from a water chiller.

- Water temperature gauge
- Spare element
- Spare quartz tube
We do not provide a water container, although we recommend a minimum of a 20L pail. The longer you want to operate, the larger the water container required to maintain cooling.
