The SENFENG Sheet Metal Deburring Machine removes burrs and flashes automatically from metal workpieces while chamfering, wire-drawing and descaling in the same pass, lifting workpiece precision and surface quality ahead of coating or assembly.

Worktable Options

SFD (Marble Magnetic): magnetic adsorption worktable for carbon steel.

SFZ (Vacuum): vacuum adsorption worktable for non-magnetic materials — stainless steel, aluminium and copper.

Deburring & Finishing

Two deburring belts with silicon carbide (black) abrasive, plus 4–8 universal roller brushes (depending on model) for chamfering. The black abrasive belt lasts roughly twice as long as red belts, cutting consumable costs.

Control & Safety

SIEMENS PLC and a 10″ touchscreen give centralised control over feed speed and belt/roller speed. Automatic fault diagnosis, overload alarm and abnormal shutdown protection minimise downtime risk. An optional 7.5kW wet dust collector is available.
