AXIS FIBRE LASERS

AXIS Fibre Laser Cutters

Plasquip's own AXIS range of flat-bed fibre laser cutters — from open-bed machines to enclosed exchange-table production systems, built to Australian Standards and supported locally.

AXIS FLAT-BED RANGE

Choose an AXIS fibre laser cutter

AXIS machines are built as a matched BOCHU system — BOCI cutting head, CypCut or HypCut control and BOCHU motion — with a Maxphotonics G5 source as standard, partitioned suction on every bed, and wiring finished and verified to Australian Standards.

SPECIFY THE RIGHT SYSTEM

More than laser power alone

The best machine is determined by the complete application: material mix, thickness range, sheet dimensions, required edge quality, production volume, loading method, extraction and available site services.

Cutting format

Choose open-bed, enclosed-gantry or fully enclosed exchange-table machines around the material you actually process and how you load it.

Laser power

Power affects thickness capability and cutting speed, but the best return comes from matching it to your real production profile.

Gas and extraction

Assist gas (oxygen, nitrogen, compressed air or mixed gas), dust extraction and compressed air supply all shape running cost and cut quality.

Installation and support

Plasquip reviews power, air, extraction, delivery, commissioning and operator training as one complete system.

SELECT WITH CONFIDENCE

From cutting requirement to machine configuration

Send us representative drawings and your material schedule. We will recommend the right AXIS machine before confirming the final configuration and options. Looking for a larger or higher-power platform? See our SENFENG fibre laser range.
