Smart Manufacturing & Packaging Equipment

PLASQUIP began in December 2004, supplying specialist plastic fabrication equipment to businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

In 2020, the business was acquired by P & JL Shephard Pty Ltd and operated alongside its sister business, Smart Manufacturing & Packaging Solutions. Together, the two businesses served customers across plastic fabrication, metal processing and packaging.

In September 2026, the businesses merged under one name: PLASQUIP.

Today, PLASQUIP brings that combined range and experience together, supplying Smart Manufacturing & Packaging Equipment to help businesses improve production, expand their capabilities and support their day-to-day operations.

Equipment for the whole production process

From shaping raw materials to preparing finished goods for dispatch, we supply equipment for the practical demands of Australian workshops and manufacturing businesses.

Our plastic fabrication range includes CO₂ laser cutters and engravers, CNC routers and tooling, plastic welding equipment, strip heaters and bending machines, polishing machines, and vacuum forming equipment.

For metal processing, we supply fibre laser cutting machines, laser welding and cleaning systems, press brakes, panel benders, shearing machines, plate rollers, V-grooving machines and deburring equipment.

Our packaging range helps businesses protect, secure and prepare their products for transport. It includes pallet wrapping, strapping, carton sealing and heat sealing equipment, together with packaging materials, tools and consumables.

We also supply industrial water chillers, fume extraction and supporting equipment to suit machinery and production requirements.
