Water Cooled Strip Heater 1220mm
Water Cooled Strip Heater is a useful tool for softening and bending Acrylic, Organic Glass, Plexiglass, PC, ABS, PP ,PVC, PS etc sheet into shapes.
It is widely used in the plastic fabrication industriy, School technical courses, building model, decoration, engineering, sign making, display case, market shelves, advertising light box, artware making, etc. The uses are only limited by your imagination.
This watercooled strip heater comes in three lengths with each being supplied with a temperature controller, submersible water pump, water temperature gauge, spare element and spare quarts tube.
These strip heaters are perfect for heating and bending up to 4mm acrylic if heated from one side and up to 6mm thickness if the sheet is flipped half way through heating. Our strip heaters are available in three working lengths 1220mm, 2450mm and 3030mm. The water cooling can be provided by the supplied pump or from a water chiller. (We do not provide a water container although we recommend at minimum of a 20L pail.) Of course the longer you want to operate for the larger water container that will be required to maintain cooling.
