The BDC2000 bends sheets up to 2000mm in length.
- Press-down arm feeding handles perforated, embossed, or irregular sheets
- Universal high-strength alloy steel dies support up/down bending, arc, closed, and return bends without frequent die changes
- Mortise-and-tenon frame with 80mm steel plate reinforcement for stability under high-tonnage bending
- Bending speed of 0.2s/stroke — about 3x faster than a traditional CNC press brake
- Optional robotic loading/unloading: adds a six-axis robot (150kg payload, 3200mm working radius) for fully unmanned operation
- Optional gantry loading/unloading: adds a gantry robotic arm (100kg load, 50/80 m/min) for continuous automated feeding
