The standard tensioner 19mm cord strapping tool from Pacmasta is a practical hand tensioner designed for consistent tensioning of flat package loads using composite or woven strap. Built to suit strap widths from 12mm up to 19mm, it gives operators a single tool that covers a range of common strap sizes without needing to switch between units during a shift.

Key Features of the Standard Tensioner 19mm Cord Strapping Tool

The following features make this standard tensioner 19mm cord strapping tool a reliable choice for everyday warehouse and dispatch operations:

  • Suits composite and woven strap widths from 12mm to 19mm in a single tool
  • Designed for heavy-duty tensioning on flat package loads
  • Compatible with all composite and woven strap types within the 12-19mm width range
  • Straightforward operation suited to regular production and dispatch environments
  • Reduces the need to keep multiple tensioners on hand when working across different strap widths in the 12-19mm range

How It Works

The standard tensioner 19mm cord strapping tool works by gripping the strap and applying controlled tension before the strap is sealed. Its design accommodates the varying thicknesses and constructions found across composite and woven strap products, making it a versatile option for everyday strapping tasks. Once the required tension is achieved, the strap is secured using the appropriate seal for the strap type in use. For operations that regularly work with more than one strap width within the 12-19mm range, this tool removes the need to keep multiple tensioners available on the floor.

Typical Applications

The standard tensioner 19mm cord strapping tool is well suited to warehousing, freight, manufacturing, and distribution environments where flat package loads need to be secured before transport or storage. Common tasks include pallet strapping, bundling of goods, and securing boxed products for road or rail freight. It is particularly practical for operations that regularly use composite or woven strapping in the 12-19mm width range and need a hand tensioner that can handle the workload consistently over a full shift.

Who This Product Suits

This tensioner is appropriate for businesses of varying sizes - from smaller dispatch operations through to larger warehouse and logistics facilities - where composite or woven strapping in the 12-19mm width range is part of the regular packing process. It is a straightforward, no-fuss tool for teams that need dependable tensioning performance without the complexity of powered or pneumatic equipment. It is worth confirming that this standard tensioner 19mm cord strapping tool matches your strapping system before ordering if your operation involves strap widths beyond 19mm.

For operations that require tensioning capability across a wider strap width range, the Heavy Duty Tensioner 19-35mm Composite & Woven Pacmasta TST-30HD may be a more suitable alternative to consider. Pricing shown includes GST where applicable at the current rate.
