BOOSTER EX3 PLUS EXTRUSION WELDER
The WELDY booster EX3 Plus is a digital, high-output extrusion welder designed for consistent, professional-grade welding of PE and PP materials. Rated at 230V / 3000W and supplied as a complete kit, it builds on the proven Booster range (alongside the Booster EX2 and Booster EX3) with adjustable extrusion speed, a digital temperature display for real-time process monitoring, integrated LED work light, automatic cool-down and built-in overcurrent protection for stable, reliable operation. Supplied with an Australian plug fitted by Plasquip.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT FROM THE STANDARD BOOSTER EX3
- Digital display & control: real-time temperature and heating power readout, versus the standard EX3's open-loop analog control with no readout
- Adjustable extrusion speed on the fly, to adapt to different plate thicknesses or corner welding
- Higher maximum output: up to 3.6 Kg/h vs 3.4 Kg/h on the standard EX3
- Integrated LED work light to illuminate the welding zone (not fitted on the standard EX3)
- Added safety functions: automatic cooling/cool-down for standardised shutdown, overcurrent protection with auto-reset after 5 seconds, and anti-burn protection
