The Shannon ABM 300i is a highly fully automatic acrylic sheet bending machine for handling plastic sheets up to a thickness of 5 mm.
Multiple sheets or a single sheet up to a length of 300 cm. will be heated, bend and cooled in one cycle. The machine is equipped with 1 top and one bottom heating line, controlled by 2 temperature control units. The bending line has 2 protractors to set the correct angle, vacuum system and press bar to keep the product in the correct position. The top and bottom heating profiles can be controlled seperately for optimal result. The machine features a touch screen to operate the machine, save settings, products and more.
