The UPS-900 pallet strapping machine for 15.5mm PP strapping is a compact, mobile vertical strapping solution designed for businesses that need a practical, low-maintenance way to secure pallets at low-to-moderate volumes. Built around a mechanical strapping head with 30% fewer moving parts than conventional machines, the UPS-900 prioritises reliability and ease of operation over high-throughput automation.
The UPS-900 pallet strapping machine for 15.5mm PP strapping handles a range of vertical pallet strapping tasks, including corrugated cardboard cartons, concrete blocks, and mixed pallets loaded with boxed goods. Because the machine is mobile and capable of strapping pallets as low as 380mm, it is particularly well suited to warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities where pallet dimensions vary and a fixed strapping station would be impractical. It is designed for low-volume strapping operations where reliability and straightforward operation take priority over high-throughput automation.
The UPS-900 suits businesses that strap pallets intermittently rather than continuously - for example, in a dispatch area where finished goods are palletised at the end of a shift, or in a warehouse receiving area where inbound pallets need to be re-strapped before storage. The electronic tension control and simple dial adjustment mean operators can be trained quickly without specialist knowledge. The absence of belts, chains, and pulleys also means fewer components to inspect and replace during routine maintenance, keeping servicing predictable and consistent over time.
If your operation also requires a bench-based semi-automatic strapping machine to handle smaller packages and cartons alongside your pallet strapping workflow, the Pacmasta Semi-Auto Strapping Machine (Open Frame) is worth considering as a complementary strapping station. All prices include GST at the current rate.
