  • Servo Motor: High-performance servo motor provides precise, energy-efficient hydraulic power with near-zero standby consumption.

Back Gauge System

BG-2 (X+R axis) handles standard bending reliably; BG-4 (X+R+Z1+Z2 axis) adds the multi-dimensional positioning needed for complex bending applications.

Offline Programming Software

Create bending programs with advanced offline simulation, from 2D layouts to full 3D visualization, cutting setup time and eliminating trial-and-error.

Optional Accessories

  • Three-Step Clamp: A structured three-step clamping design for accurate positioning and enhanced safety in stable, repeatable tool setups.
  • AMADA-Style Clamp: Fast, effortless tool installation, reducing setup time and improving workflow in high-frequency production.
  • Hydraulic Clamp: Powerful, uniform clamping force via hydraulic actuation for heavy-duty, high-accuracy bending.

Automation & Handling

  • Front Support System: Supports large and heavy workpieces, improving operator comfort, positioning stability and bending accuracy.

Precision Tooling

Punches & Dies: gooseneck, acute, radius, hemming and multi-V profiles, hardened to 58-62 HRC. Quick-Clamp Systems: tool changes in under 3 minutes, WILA/Amada/Euro compatible. ±0.01mm CNC precision-ground for repeatable bending angles.

Frequently Asked Questions

What tonnage is the FlexBend 20032?
The FlexBend 20032 delivers 2000 kN (200 tonnes) of bending force across a 3200mm bending length. Required tonnage for a job depends on material type, thickness and bending length — as a guideline, Tonnage = (650 x S^2 x L) / V, where S is material thickness (mm), L is bending length (m) and V is die opening (mm); the V-opening should be roughly 8x material thickness for stock up to 3mm, and 10-12x for heavier plates.
