Fume Extractors for Laser Cutting Non-Metals
PA-800FS-HP-IQ / PA-1200FS-HP-IQ / PA-2000FS-HP-IQ / PA-800TS-LT-HP-IQ / PA-1200TS-LT-HP-IQ Models are designed to be used with Co2 Laser cutters and these fume extraction units are suitable for the dust collection and purification of smoke and odours generated by laser cutting acrylic, PS board, plastic materials, paper, wood/MDF/Plywood and other materials.
Which series one do I need
The FS-HP-IQ suitable for CO2 laser cutting mainly for acrylic/plastic/fabric/abs/PET and those material which mainly produce strong smells. Whilst the TS-LT-HP-IQ suitable is CO2 laser cutting mainly wood/plywood/MDF and those material which mainly produce sticky dust. I hear you asking but hey I cut both. Well then best choose the one that matches the vast majority of your work.
Which size do I need
The PA-800 size machines are suitable for any fully enclosed laser upto and including 1400mm x 900mm cutting table. The PA-1200 machines are perfect for the standard 2500mm x 1300mm open flat bed machines and the PA-2000 series are for machines as large as 3000mm x 3000mm with open beds.
Working Principle
The brushless fan in the purifier generates air volume and negative pressure, sucks the smoke and exhaust gas into the filter, and discharges it indoors after being purified by multi-stage filter elements such as primary, medium, high efficiency and gas filters.

The power system adopts a single-phase brushless motor, 110V/220V power supply is convenient to access, and can realise step-less speed regulation, and realise the choice of air volume according to the working conditions;
The biggest advantage of brushless fans is low noise operation, stable operation, maintenance-free, and long service life. Through our special design, the wind pressure and air volume parameters are kept above a high level, so as to ensure that smoke, odour and harmful gases can be quickly extracted from the source of dust;

The electrical system adopts the safety modular control panel specially designed by our company, and the key components adopt imported brands and materials to fully guarantee the safety and reliability of equipment operation. And has industry-specific 110V and 220V input voltage compatible switching function;
LCD liquid crystal display can display real-time data such as fan speed, air volume, gear position, etc. The air volume unit can be switched to facilitate understanding of the working status of the equipment and operations;
When the filter is detected to be clogged, the LCD screen of the control panel will flash the filter element clogging alarm symbol and the buzzer alarm function. Remind the user to clean the dust or replace the filter.
♦ Multi-stage filtration, special activated carbon filter for better air purification
Filter system adopts plate-frame F8 medium-effect filter. It is characterised by large filtration area and large dust capacity, which greatly reduces the cost of consumables. Suitable for the use of large smoke industry scenarios.
At the same time, HEPA high-efficiency filter and activated carbon filter are configured as two-stage and three-stage filtration, which are used in the need of deodorisation.
Special activated carbon filter is used. Iodine adsorption value, carbon tetrachloride (CTC) adsorption value and methylene blue adsorption value of activated carbon are all in excellent level. Applicable to laser engraving leather, acrylic, kraft paper and other non-metallic materials produced benzene, toluene, aromatic hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulphide carbon disulphide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulphide, dimethyl disulphide, trimethylamine, styrene and other VOC organic waste gas, the effect is remarkable.
♦ Quick-disassembly design, quick and convenient to replace filter
Filter replacement mode adopts quick disassembly design. The operator only needs to rotate 90 degrees counter clockwise with a matching outer hexagonal wrench, which can take off the filter, clean up and replace it, which is convenient and quick, and ensures good air tightness.
♦ Left and right air inlet, variable air outlet design
The air inlet adopts the left and right air inlet design, the customer can freely choose the left or right air inlet according to the different position of the equipment, reduce the length of the pipe and unnecessary winding;
The outlet can choose the standard outlet with long strip silencing device, discharge directly indoors, or add a circular outlet directly through the pipeline or connect to the central exhaust system (special description when the order is confirmed).
