WELDY WGW 300 Hot Wedge Welder for Geomembranes
The WGW 300 hot-wedge welding machine from Weldy, a Leister brand, welds thermoplastic geomembranes such as HDPE, LDPE, TPO, FPO and PVC* effortlessly and reliably, forming permanent, rock-solid bonds. These geomembranes are typically used in landfills, mines, aquaculture, fish farms and irrigation systems. The WGW 300 has been deliberately engineered to be simple and robust, with intelligently arranged electrical controls for the heating and drive motor, ensuring fast, safe and intuitive operation. A temperature sensor located within the welding wedge offers precise control during overlap welding.
Equipped with a powerful, durable drive motor, this automatic welder features strong drive rollers that guarantee a secure grip when welding on steep inclines. Thanks to its large rollers, the WGW 300 delivers consistent welds on both even and uneven ground, making it well suited to demanding terrain. At just 15kg, it comes with a storage box for easy transport.
