Purpose-designed for fast, clean plastics cutting and sign making production. (not a converted timber router)

The DH-X2A is not a timber router being pushed into plastics work. It's a purpose-designed plastics CNC router engineered specifically for acrylic, PVC foam board, composite panels and other plastics.

The result is:

• Glass-smooth, near-polished edge finish straight off the machine
• Far less hand-finishing, buffing and flame polishing
• Stable, accurate cutting at speed, thanks to a heavy-duty industrial build

Optional CCD camera system - perfect for print-to-cut

If you are working with printed sheets or graphics and need accurate print-to-cut alignment, the CCD option is ideal.

It allows the machine to:

• Read registration marks printed on the sheet
• Automatically compensate for stretch, skew or slight misalignment in the print
• Maintain tight tolerances on contour cutting around printed artwork
• Speed up setup on repeat jobs and reduce scrap

For sign and display work - printed acrylic, ACM, foam PVC or similar - the CCD camera turns the DH-X2A into a capable digital finishing system, not just a router.

Optional oscillating knife head - for softer and tricky materials

The oscillating knife option adds versatility for materials that are not ideal for routing, such as:

• KT board, foam PVC and other lightweight foam boards
• Corrugated plastic (Corflute), cardboard and display board
• Rubber, gasket materials and other flexible substrates

Key advantages of the oscillating knife:

• Clean, burr-free cuts where routing might melt or fray the edge
• Less dust and noise compared to routing
• Ability to combine spindle routing and knife cutting in the one program - for example, routing acrylic panels and knife-cutting printed boards on the same machine
