Returns Policy

We appreciate your business and the confidence you place in purchasing from PLASQUIP SALES, and we believe in offering complete customer satisfaction at all times. Our ‘Returns Policy’ is as follows:

• Should your purchase from PLASQUIP SALES not meet your complete customer satisfaction or expectations for any reason, you may return the unused item/s to us within 14 days of the date of shipment in the first instance for an exchange or refund, subject to the item/s complying with our Returns Policy.
• All returns must be at the expense of the Purchaser, and PLASQUIP SALES cannot be held liable for any item/s lost or damaged in transit which are sent on the Purchaser’s freight company. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the item/s being returned are packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.
• Any exchange or refunds offered, subject to the item’s compliance with our Returns Policy, may only be processed on receipt at our Warehouse Address: 80 Hughes Ave, ERMINGTON NSW 2115
• Item/s which have been custom manufactured may not be returned for exchange or refund, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect item/s being supplied in the first instance. In such situations, contact must be made with PLASQUIP SALES via the On-Line CONTACT US page, via email to admin@plasquip.com.au or by calling our Office: 1300 722 868.
• Upon contact with PLASQUIP SALES via either the CONTACT US page or Telephone, you will be issued with a ‘Return Tracking Number’ which must be visible on the outside of the packaging for receipt and processing by our warehouse staff
• Any item/s that have been modified in any way to customer specifications, may not be returned under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES

• Should you wish to Exchange any item/s for a similar item, you are free to do so subject to availability of replacement stock. As per in the Returns Policy above, you must return your items for Exchange with a ‘Return Tracking Number’ issued by PLASQUIP SALES which must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
• Items being returned for Exchange must not have been used, must be in original condition, and returned with the original packaging as per supplied in the first instance.
• Returns for Exchange must be received and processed at our Warehouse Address prior to replacement items being dispatched.
• Items for Exchange must have been returned to our Warehouse Address within 14 days of despatch from our warehouse.
• The cost of shipping returns for Exchange must be borne by the Purchaser, and a Re-Stocking Fee may be charged at the discretion of PLASQUIP SALES.

REFUNDS

• Should you wish to arrange a Refund for any item/s, you are free to do so – as per in the Returns Policy above, you must return your items for Refund with a ‘Return Tracking Number’ issued by PLASQUIP SALES which must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
• Items being returned for Refund must not have been used, must be in original condition, and returned with the original packaging as per supplied in the first instance.
• Returns for Refund must be received and processed at our Warehouse Address prior to a Refund Payment being made.
• Items for Refund must have been returned to our Warehouse Address within 7 days of despatch from our warehouse.
• The cost of shipping returns for Refund must be borne by the Purchaser, and a Re-Stocking Fee may be charged at the discretion of PLASQUIP SALES.
• Refunds will be processed using the payment method used at the time of the original purchase (Credit Card or PayPal) within 24 hours of receiving the items at our Warehouse Address, subject to a ‘Return Tracking Number’ being clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
• Only the value of the item/s being returned for Refund will be processed for full payment refund – freight charges will not be refunded in the case of any item/s returned for Refund.
